To be fair, Garrioch was probably too busy eating at the time, and couldn’t be bothered with actual things like “facts.”

It’s amazing how all these wannabe insiders and team mouthpieces, all seem to fit the overweight, unlikeable, lying, social nerd that wanted to be an athlete but never could stereotype to a tee.

I can't see Tkachuk not playing tonight. Sens are in a playoff race, and are teetering on the brink.

There's no way they can afford to sit Tkachuk.

It's not like they overwhelmed the players with games in 4 Nations. He got 2 days off before the final, and a day off yesterday.

After tonight's game, Sens don't play again til Wednesday, and don't play another game til next Saturday. They have one game next week. Lol

He's definitely playing tonight.

Tkachuk said in presser Wednesday, he spoke w Sens and told them he will need to miss a few games because he was planning on going “all out” in Thursdays Championship game

He also said many other teammates also advised their teams

Personally, I noticed a big drop off in his offensive chance generation and he appeared to be simplifying his game to a fault. Hopefully it was just fatigue and he can come out tonight like he looked Dec/Jan.

So it's nothing serious yet he's not playing when his team is already decimated with injuries, is in the fight of their lives to make the playoffs, and only plays tonight, Wednesday, and next Saturday.

He cares more about his national team in a meaningless tournament where he didn't skip a shift than his actual NHL team he's captaining who haven't made the playoffs in forever. What a loser.

Vis a vis Hutson, He’s gotta be tired.

He’s a small guy, playing top defense minutes against the biggest and best, and he’s never played close to this amount of games before in one season.

I expect him to be better than he’s been, and wouldn’t be surprised if he has a big night, especially if the Sens run into some penalty trouble.

Laraque is clear about that. He says Laine have to be buyout. 4m next year, 2,3M the year after. Not that bad. He says there is no way Demidov will have Laine on his line, the worst example for a young player. The Laine experience was thrilling and fun for a while and now we know why he was given free to us, with a bonus of a 2nd round pick. There was a reason and now we know it.
