Great work, never get tired of watching that PK pass down low to DD when the entire building expected the big shot

And Dutch G mimicking LuChicken, priceless

Great video. The goal against Tampa where PK goes around the entire team and cross-ice pass to Gallagher is just ridiculous.

Thanks off this!!!!!!

REALLY REALLY want to see this Rene Bourque this season!!!!

If your goal with this pump up video was to get people pumped up...

You did it right.. Very, very right.

Amazing video man, one of the best I've seen. Right next to the play-offs pump up video with the song "we're the outsiders, we're the other guys"

Constructive criticism: Your pacing is really wonky and it's as if you took the Ottawa come back game, then the first round, the handshakes (for way too long) then parts of the second. Seems rather arbitrary. Also, the music was not to my liking but that's a matter of taste..

I've said it before, but you have a good sense of motion, keep at it.

CC: One thing that I could change is the camera angles. It's a thing very commonly done in Soccer/Football videos. It makes everything seem way more... authentic in one way. One thing you did well was to keep the commentating. That's one major thing to keep in most videos if you want to get the viewers blood flowing. Another comment (not necessarily for this video but for future ones) is to sync the songs lyrics with the video when possible. And when I say change camera angle, basically what I mean is you take the replays of the goals, and sync the sound with it.

Here's visually what I mean
Alex Galchenyuk video
Soccer video

Aside from the Camera angle, great work. Goosebumps :D

Yeah I always do that in all my other videos.. The reason I left the normal angle in for the 1st bit is because I wanted people to see the clock ticking down against Ottawa and Tampa.

Noticed you did it halfway through but I wasn't sure. Those reasons why you left it are valid, but if you ever have the commentator say like "Avec deux secondes qui reste, le canadien nivellent la marque", then you could integrate that sound bite in the video and keep the "different" angled camera, and the commentator will take the spot of the scoreboard, if you know what I mean.

But as I said, it was a minor detail and overall the video is good. Song choice is always the most crucial part

Yeah I get what you mean, I do that in 99% of my recent videos since I learned how haha, You can see it on this video when Bourque is on the breakaway vs Tampa, Subban vs Tampa, Subban vs Boston, Weise Breakaway.. All not the real sound, I added it on another layer to match.

Thanks for the tips though, I always appreciate people helping, I want to become the best I can be!

Also thank you everyone else for the nice comments! Glad you are all enjoying it.

The Boston part of it was great. Seemed like there was more effort put into it. Tampa one just seemed to be random plays here and there.

Much better than the first few videos he would post here. They were pretty much 2-3 of the player scoring 3-4 goals from about 7 different angles. Got rather boring and uninspiring fast.

I know lol, When I watch my old videos I cringe.. I'm like please don't tell me I showed that again  , I literally would show the same goal 7 times you aren't even lying  . It's also cool to see the progress I made though when I look back

Constructive Criticism please take it as such: The video posted in this thread is quite a bit better than the Galchenyuk video you posted. Just coming from the perspective of a guy who doesn't know the technicalities of making a video like this.

Good work.

Keep working. Montages are about momentum and motion, you have a decent eye but your fanboyism is quite evident
