It's "filler" quality, but it's still pretty neat to hear a song that sounds so much like an album that you listened to a lot 30 years ago. It's weird to think that it's existed this whole time and I'm only now hearing it. Something similar happened when I first heard Bon Jovi's Edge of a Broken Heart (which missed the cut for Slippery When Wet) about 10 years ago.
