The thing I find shocking about Belgium trailing in this is that it doesn't even feel like Slovakia is all that great at defending. Romania was a masterclass of defending with limited means, Slovakia have plenty of miscommunications, bad touches etc. Belgium just haven't been pushing hard enough for more than isolated 5 minute stretches.

It's just physics. If an object's trajectory gets disturbed by another solid object with comparable or greater density it's going to alter speed and trajectory.

It’s not egregious handball by any means and probably could’ve gone either way without VAR, but it’s quite hilarious how there are people who actually act like it’s a huge injustice to call it when the ball very clearly hits someone in the hand.
