Nah, it's not enough just to beat Russia. In this case Russia, Sweden and Czech will have the same number of points.
Sweden can get ahead of Russia in two ways. First they have win both remaining games. If the Czechs do not gain a full 3 points against the Swiss, Sweden is first and Russia second then from their head-to-head victory. However, if the Czechs get the full 3 points against the Swiss Sweden would have to beat the Russians by three goals to be first in the 3-way tie, unless the score is 3-0. A three nothing Swedish victory over Russia is the only way for the Czechs to come in first.

But what if the Czechs beat Switzerland, they would be tied with Sweden and Russia. Czechs beat Sweden earlier and Russia beat the Czechs. I have no idea.

In case of a 3-way tie, I think score from games between those 3 teams decides. I may be wrong though.
EDIT: Or is it score from all the games?
You are right, it is only the scores of the games between the teams that matter for breaking the 3-way tie

I would hope for swiss win vs czech rep but apparently swiss only plays well vs sweden and is a B nation against other top teams.

This is the reason why we (CZE) shouldn't let Russia score empty net goal. It was idiotic move by our coach, pull our goalie when we were losing 2:0 versus Russia and we weren't playing well that day. There was no chance for us to score in some "hero mode" in power play at the end of the match.
We are now 5:5 with 1W and 1L in this mini table (matches between SWE, RUS and CZE).

Why should Swiss play hard vs Czech? To get one of Canada or USA instead of Finland in the quaterfinal? Yeah, I doubt it.
Everybody in group B wants to meet Germany in the QFs instead of the other three. That's why Russia will make sure they get at least one point from Sweden.
