Should be great fun. Suisse and France clashing in Paris. I will be on the stands, naturally. Living in Montmartre I must cheer for the Land of Lilies, but I like the Suisse thing also. So, let the game begin.

If Stephane Da Costa is healthy for this game (he was on the ice for the training yesterday) he probably will be the C of the second line.

His brother Teddy should be C of the third or fourth line.

I'm in a hurry to be at the game tonight ! Should be great with Swiss fans :handclap:

I was at the morning skate.
Forward lines :

S. Treille - S. Da Costa - Fleury.
Roussel-Bellemare-Rech.
Douay-Meunier-Perret.
Lampérier-Ritz-Claireaux.

We don't know yet who will be the 13th forward and 7th d-man.

Should be a close one. Hopefully our 4th line keeps up the pace from Sunday's game and we should be fine. I was a bit skeptical before the game against Norway but they proved me wrong -against a weak Norway team though. Then I'm not worried about their bottom-6 but Genoni -should he get the nod- has to be stellar when their top-6 is on the ice. Other than that, their defense looks really weak so I'm not concerned about creating scoring chances but let's just hope Huet is in a bad day.

As long as the fourth line and the Haas line are the same, I'm fine with mixing the other two. I wasn't really impressed by their game.

all nhl players, except of malgin, are not playing for switzerland, but the swiss should be good enough and will win the match 4:1 ;)

i really like how malgin is playing and how he can carry the puck in the zone. he is really big plus for his team

Not the worst match i've seen Switzerland playing, but for **** sake something major has to be done to the pp units.
It would also help if Ambhül remembers how to play hockey. Or at least how to pass a puck.

Not a bad period, indeed, just missed to score, which would obviously be the most important point.

Some solid plays there. And I wanted to scratch Praplan in front of the tournament. :)

Ok, this was a much much better period. Today is the Haas line that is dominant.
I do not want to say it too loud but what we are watching surprisingly looks like good hockey...

Just do not get fancy, please, go for the net not for the nice pass

I just arrived home and could watch the last five minutes, enough to see Switzerland dominate and Haas miss the open net. Judging by your comments, this seems to sum up the game pretty well.
