Do or Die. Expect Finland play their hearts out. Otherwise my heart will not be in this tournament. Puljujärvi in the 1st or 2nd line, Aho centering the second line, Rantanen bumped up to first ( as he is doing nothing noteworthy in the 2nd line).

Rantanen been the worst forward in his line so he should be promoted to first line to reward that?

It should be a Czech win according to how both teams have played so far, but the strength of the teams is quite similar, so I predict a close game tonight.

Hopefully Pulju isn't the 13th forward anymore, give him a role on top9. Also, please start Säteri instead of Korpisalo.

Pulju confirmed to MTV that he's now in the regular lineup. Revealed he'll play with Pyörälä and Kemppainen.

No knowledge yet if Marjamäki has made other changes, but I do hope he has.

How have the betting agencies reacted to yesterday?

Filppula confirmed that the first line will also change somehow - but didn't reveal how.

We'll know in a few hours, but I'd guess it's Rantanen for M.Aaltonen.

Veikkaus is offering 3,25 for Finland and 1,88 for Czech as of right now. That's quite high but understandable for Finland.

That's money in bank. Finland will take this.

A hundred's investment would buy me new summer tires, but then I'd probably get hooked on the supposedly easy money and wreck myself for the long run. Hmh.

Line-up for the Czech Republic:

Voracek-Plekanec-Pastrnak
Cervenka-Kovar-Radil
Birner-Vrana-Repik
T.Zohorna-Horak-Hanzl
Hyka

Simek-Gudas
Kempny-Kundratek
Jerabek-Rutta
Krejcik

Mrazek

Finland adds d-man Joonas Järvinen. Will play tonight.

Expecting an ugly loss.

A total face-plant this year would go a long way in showcasing our nation what a second-rate tourney Skoda Cup really is. It's not just the North American players that come on vacations and coast through the games on these things anymore.

Plus, Marjamäki's coaching is atrocious, top to bottom. System, player employment, roster choices... I mean Pihlström as your second line C? Pulju a 13th forward? The guy is a Liiga coach, nothing more.

I don't care about the results in the World Championships, haven't in many years, but the brand of dreadful hockey Marjamäki makes our National Team play hurts my soul.

If this is a second-rate tournament, what would you consider to be a first-rate tournament?

Finland is not going to beat Czech Republic... This is going to be an ugly game for us Finns.
