Not really. If Marjamäki does good here, the World Cup performance is meaningless.It was a gimmick tourney, but still a best on best one, and a good argument against Marjamäki nevertheless.
And if he does bad here, that achievement alone should be enough to warrant sacking him, with no need to cite the World Cup.
