Mathias Bau is injured and is not going to play any more games at this IIHF WC. Mads Christensen is day to day and could maybe start against Canada, but most likely they will spare him.

San Jose Sharks is out of the Stanley Cup race and Jannik Hansen has already said that he is ready to join the Danish team. He will not play against Canada but could be ready against Finland. Mikkel Boedker could also join the Danish national team, but his situation is still undisclosed.

Very Happy about Hansen!! he will be a major improvement!! Have not forgot about Mikkel Boedkers play last time in the Olympic qualification, he really needs to redeem himself!!
 
McDavid better have himself a dominate performance, otherwise I'm going to have to start being a little (or a lot) critical of the way he plays at this tournament.

If he doesn't pot 2 goals and 2 assists powering Canada to a at minimum 5-1 win, then the gloves will come off. You people can waste your time all you want with Darnell Nurse...but winning and losing doesn't rest on Darnell's shoulders.

Sebastian dahm in goal, expect DKs 3rd and 4th line to play more than usual. This is not a game Denmark is focusing on at all. Its the next 4 that is important.
