Norway is offensively kind of decent plus, too bad they are a mess of a team, with absolutely no coherent defensive game. If Austria's top line wakes up, I see them winning.
Not this year, of course, but I seriously think that a relegation of Norway in the upcoming future is not really out of reality

Norway is worse and worse every year, they are unable to set up any attacks, they pass to areas with most defending opponents etc.
Is it players hockey IQ problem or coach? Norway’s strong point used to be that they used to be tenacious, they just give up nowadays.

Sad ... i remember Thoresen ... the beast ... or MZA or hollos or ... they were not bad at all. And you still that there is something wrong in the strategy of the coach ... players are amorph !!

Norway lost quite a bit of talent compared to their 2010-2013 teams. They had a good defensive top 4 with Trygg, Tollefsen, Holos and Bonsaksen, Skroder at center, Thoresen, Olimb and Bastiansen in their prime. They never managed to replace these players when they got older and it looks like they'll be closer to relegation than to a quarterfinal spot for the foreseeable future.

Still, out of all of Switzerland opponents so far, they've been the ones who created the most offensively. I have no doubts they will easily beat Italy and stay in the top division, but no way they'll crack Latvia's defense, and their game against Austria will be close.

Not a very well coached team, but the main problem is that their best players generation is now old and there is noone behind. Bleak future for Norway.
