After the emotionnal game vs Canada, back to business.
This game is a must win for France.
With heart, we should walk on this Belarussian team which didn't show anything in the tournament. But they always seem to show off vs us so...

FYI Manavian and Janil are right Ds.

Huet should be back as should Meunier centering the third line.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if Belarus wins this. Still hoping for France to take this to keep the quarterfinal dream alive and well.

I think Belarus will not even try this game. The big game for them is tomorrow against Slovenia. 5-2 France.

It would be stupid for Belarus to not try stole away some points from France, especially when France is coming off of a tough game against Canada yesterday. Belarus had free day yesterday. It is not smart for Belarus to focus all on 1 game against Slovenia.

I don't think they have the physical condition to play back-to-back meaningful games in full energy. Could see them try to defend well today, and wait for tomorrow to play "game of the year".

I remember a time when Belarus was a worthy opponent on the rise that were able to challenge big countries, Grabovski and Kostitsyn bros scored some nice goals.

It's a shame they took steps backwards.

The laziest 2+2 powerplay I've ever seen. Every player was visibly "thinking" and skating at quarter speed.
