The score could be bigger, but 6-3 is ok. We shouldn't react on those German players' provocations and had to play like we did before, but it's a helpful experience.

Panarin and Kucherov are playing like NHL superstars should play.

Complacent third period by team Russia, but first two were really solid.

PP has been great so far with 72 and 86 taking the sides

Nice effort from Russia could have been 10-0
2 Points and move on

Any news about Sergei Mozyakin ? I love to se Kaprizov if he is out but what about Tarasenkov ??
I have heard that neither Ovi og Kutnetzkov will come..

Press says Mozyakin went to hospital, I hope it's not so serious, but we don't need to push his recovery.

I hope Mozyakin is okay... Seems like this Germany team is full of goons i mean first that ugly attack on Lindholm's knee and now that slewfoot on Mozyakin

There was another slashing against Belov, very similar to Lindholm's case, when the puck and officials were far away, so didn't see anything.

10-0? Germany wasn't so bad, their game got demolished by Hager with his stupid penalty, but overall, they are a decent team, so stop throwing your shapka's.

Ah yes. The guy that slashed Lindholm (which was ugly and unxecusable) was hit heavily in the nuts by Landeskog beforehand. But yes, the Germans are full of goons and the teams we played against were all saints ...

PS: the slewfoot isn't excusable either and was utterly stupid.

The refs just failed to punish this stick-work (or whatever you want to call it) early in the game. A lot of missed calls there on both side (slashing and cross-checking).

I don't get the line of the refs yet. In every game I saw they first acted as if they weren't present to then switch to the opposite (but still missing some of the really bad stuff).

I'm curious, what suspension Hager will get after Slovenias Jeglic got only a two games suspension for trying get his skate to Rufenachts throat while changing over the board. From my point of view this guy shouldn't enter an international rink ever again, but there you go. This seems to be the way of this championship.

But he's bad overall. Gavrikov is good in defence and physically dominates among his compatriots. Mironov gets -2 today, doesn't he?
Zub is only defender righthander and think +3 in +/- so he is solid in defence. Think this year defence is far behind last year with Zaitsev or Voinov.
