Since we are always between elite and division I, this game is a gift for us. We'll probably get demolished, but let's save some power for important next's game against Norway. And Jeglic was suspended for 2 games. Lets go Risi!

Pance is done for the turnament(cracked fibula). Injury occurred during practice. Pem replaced him yesterday. Jeglič is suspended for two games, so Repe will probably play at forward.

This one is gonna be ugly! Canada ain't Switzerland.

maybe, but maybe not. Afternoon game. take Canadian players out of their routine (evening games) and often we get a little out of sync.

I wouldn't be surprised if the game is a lot closer than many expect...

MacKinnon at left wing, Le Sigh. I firmly believe he's better as a C than a RW, but LW is probably the worst spot to play him.

Surely he's a better C option than injured and slow-as-molasses Giroux, or Brayden Point?

Haha do you know why MacK and Barrie have combined for 3 goals? Because I refused to select them for my IIHF fantasy team and went with Simmonds & Matheson.

Same reason why Merzlikins had a shutout.
Same reason why Pageau scored 4 goals when I decided not to add him to my Yahoo daily fantasy lineup.
Etc.

Edit: HAHAHAH hat trick. I'd be the runaway winner of such competitions if I wasn't the biggest ****** to ever play such games.
