There was actually a stick under his legs ... not from the guy who got the penalty though, it was from the second Latvian who was there.

I just rewatched it. You're right...the stick from another guy was there but it's hart to see whether that really caused him to fall or not. At least there was contact but to me, it looks suspiciously spectacular. I still say he absolutely sold that one

Honestly I'm glad they allowed that offside goal, that opened up the game and made it a lot more fun for me as a viewer
