There is a plan for a mega project for a large entertainment district which will include a new arena in Manhattan. It will be a large interest project in Midtown. The economic industry timeline will place this in the future. Because of the mega projects such as billionaires row, jfk airport, Cuomo bridge, American dream mall, metlife stadium,Barclay's center, world trade center, Long Island City water front, hudson yards.
