Post-Game Talk: Good team so obviously Leafs dominate

You're telling me this is "solid" defense? The only reason we won was because we scored 7.
Muzzin is a horrible defender at this point in his career, his legs are completely gone due to injuries and lack of defensive IQ.

I'd rather put Holl or Sandin in over Muzzin.Wow, you’re judging the entire defence based on one play? Rielly was amazing, Boosh had his best game, Brodie was superb, Lily is showing great improvement and Gio is so steady. Even Muzzin aside from that one play was physical.

Wow, youre judging the entire defence on one play? Rielly was amazing offensively and hitting, Brodie and Boosh had their best games of the season, Gio was really steady, Lily continued his solid play, and even Muzzin aside from that one play was physical.

Now, goaltending is an issue. .880 SV isn’t going to cut it against TB. Campbell made some great saves but his rebound control wasn’t great and he was swimming at times.

Fun game.

Loved that Wayner and Cliffy were looking to go toe-to-toe with Tdub. Set a tone. And as much as it’s easy to hate the guy, mad respect for him.

Bunting getting the goal slump off his back was nice, and Willy when he’s going….man, what a handful.

Mik and Giraffe with the wheels. Mikky’s one goal was allllll tenacity and effort. Loved it.

And I thought Lili was great and physical except for that one moment 4 on 4 where he stayed in no-man’s land. But, that’s how fast stuff happens in the league. Good game.

It's a good thing we're facing a top team in the first round as opposed to Buffalo.

Florida is a good team, but they are not as good as their points in the standings would indicate.

Its amazing which Leafs teams shows up dependent of the QofC of the opposition.

Also good to put up a big win with Matthews and Marner not being dominate in the outing.

Just want to say- I was looking down on y'all for a bit, but it's obvious you have a really good team. Just need the goaltending to hold the fort down, and you'll make noise. You're getting hot at the right time.

Leafs playoff hopes almost went up in smoke yesterday when Muzzin drove Wilson right through Campbell.

Everyone in Leafland were holding their collective breaths to see if Jack was OK or if the season was essentially in peril.
 
Great game, obviously like everyone has hoped Matthews would pot another lol.

Really hope the leafs don't lose both Mikheyev and Engvall this upcoming summer.. Their speed is so useful and honestly without them the leafs forwards are average overall speed wise.

You mean when Wilson jumped from outside position to inside position and made zero attempt to avoid contact with Campbell ?

Fun game is right, most fun I've had watching in a while!

So Holl is a healthy scratch, and we absolutely crush a good team. Interesting. :)

There's not a player in the league I'm cheering against more than ovechkin. The loss looks good on you, you ignorant putin backer.

Caps fans seem to be done with Samsonov. If the team feels the same way, he'd make a good buy low candidate.
