Yeah, Germany needed a shoot-out to defeat Norway a few days ago, and Norway lost 6 -1 to Russia, so I think we can expect this to be as bad as it normally gets when Germany tries to take on Russia:naughty:

Germany should be proud of what it has accomplished skrwdy. However. I just cannot see how they can beat Russia.

Torn between who to cheer for ha ha. On one hand Germany winning would be an amazing story, but they beat Canada and I have a Team Russia jersey in my closet that's looking a little dusty.

Decisions decisions.

My heart says Germany (what a story!) but my head says Russia by at least three.

It has the same sort of feel as Slovakia's 2012 run at the WHC, and Switzerland's the following year.

They'll lose badly but the silver will still feel like a major victory. And it is.
