RULE 135.

Shooting the puck directly out of play is a penalty.
I think the refs might have bene confused about exception V where its not a penalty if its hits an object over the ice surface, scoreboard / ceiling. But that doesn't apply once it has gone over the glass.

I get that the Russian's were screwed out of a 6-on-3 for the final minutes of the game, what I don't get is how that equates to the Russian's being screwed out of the gold medal. The Russian PP has not exactly been lights out dominant, and even if they score...the game is tied. It's not like the Russian's score one goal and it's sudden death and the Russian's win the gold. Am I taking crazy pills?

The camera was behind the glass. The puck was already out of bounds before hitting the camera. It does not change the fact it was delay of game.

This is just sour grapes and you know it.

What I know is that it should've been a penalty and that Canadians whined about reffing all of 1st period, which miraculously stopped in the 3rd.

It's not usually this bad. You get maybe 1 blown call a game in the NHL, not multiple every game. NHL also lets a lot of stuff go which ends up in a better game.

I personally dont line to see stuff let go as it leads to unclear officiating.

It is the same situation in all of sports, not just hockey.
