Looking forward to seeing Nucks games again. Liked the way we played before the break, especially that last HNIC game against the Leafs. Itching to see our defense core with Hughes back. And the power play ???

Please keep the Sherwood-Petey-DeBrusk line together. :thumbu:

With respect to Vegas, it's probably less so for who just got elected there & moreso for the combination of a terrible exchange rate *AND* the extreme price gouging in Vegas. Their (casinos) main goal is to concentrate on the 'high rollers' / 'bigger gamblers'. The "regular gambler' is sort of a nuisance to them. IMHO.
I understand that the Knights and the NHL have some sort 'arrangement' about how many seats can be 'comped' by the major casinos. The rationale being, you want as large a season-ticket base as you can get, instead of Casino guests filling out the rink with 'free tickets night after night.

But not sure if the same arrangement exists in the NFL. Watched a game earlier this year between the Rams and the Raiders in Vegas. And seemed to me that L.A. fans completely took over in the stadium to support 'their team'.

Vegas is a destination city. Game is usually at 1-1:25 local time. So, done between 4:30 to 5 local. If you are lucky to live within a 2 hour flight, you can get home in time for work on Monday. I'm sure some people got tickets with the plan to sell them.

Raiders, because they haven't been a strong team in their 5 years in LV (save for that 1 PO year after Gruden had to resign), they missed the boat on building up the fanbase (all while playing their final 3 years knowing they were moving in Oakland) thus should have been building up the roster when they hit LV.

that's right petey, you got injured at the 4 nations, but it's ok, you're day to day

This is again just showing the stupid organisation and their terrible communication with players and injury...

For both Petey, who didn't we just hear today that he was not injured? As well as Hughes.

As one offs sure no problem, but when you have this many its become a issue.

Lankinen and EP have had 5 days of rest. Quinn only played one game, and was off for 10 days, should be good.

I probably won't be able to see this game, have to be in bloody Mexico for 2 weeks. Tough life.

Good news is my friend has a consortium in place to take my season tickets, so on to year 56 of seasons tickets in the family.
Quinn played a game?

Disappointed to see Quinn Hughes had 1 fewer point than Makar during the 4 nations cup. AVs fans are right, hes a total fraud. They sheltered his minutes so much it seemed like he wasn't even there

Will this be Brock Boesers last game as a Vancouver Canuck?

How long has C Elias Pettersson been injured?

Why is Quinn Hughes injury seemingly so suspicious?

Does the team miss Derek Pouliot?

This team never fails to deliver unnecessary drama :yo:

Hughes, Demko, and Petey injured. Boeser on his way out. Miller traded. How in the world does anyone think this team can be successful when its 5 best players (Core) are out or affected. What a crazy season of BAD luck

So no Hughes or Pettersson for the Saturday night game with the Knights. Fanduel must really be offering long odds on the Canucks in this one.

Their centers down middle will be Chytil, Suter, Blueger and maybe either Raty or Sasson. Who's going to score?

The Hughes situation is a big red flag for me. I mean including the time he missed before the Four Nations break, he's been off more that three weeks now. And he's still not ready?

If it's anything chronic with Hughes, it might be time to run up the white flag on the season. Maybe the Canucks will be 'sellers' at the TDL after all.
