I've been thinking that there's a sizeable influx of new hockey fans in US post-4N and it would be prudent for the NHL to make sure they stay and are entertained.
I'm not saying there's a specific mandate for the refs, just a thought from a business standpoint.

It's definitely the Coach has nothing to do with 11.6 having 11 goals and 3 others that have zero business being in a top6 of a good team

And as expected, the post trades bump we had in offense and overall play has been coached away. 3-9 in shots right now. Pretty much every night we're outshot 1 to 3.
