This team needs Joshua to get going. I know he’s started late and was sick but he’s been pretty invisible since returning

The most impressive part of Kevin Lankinen is that he’s not Arturs Silovs

I took the Canucks money line in the intermission. +290.

Damn EP40
Joshua actually looks better than I thought he would after missing training camp due to cancer. Not expecting much of him for the next month until he gets back up to speed.

His illness aside I didn’t like the term / money of his contract after 1 good season.

The funniest part is people complaining about a start time for a hockey game. It's a game we watch for enjoyment. If it's important to you watch it. If not do what's more important to you at that time.

How entitled do people have to be to think that professional sports games should revolve around their own personal life and schedules as compared to the wishes of the teams themselves and even other people? My gawd that's silly. Let alone thinking that opposing teams aren't organizing the games when they feel is the best time, or that everyone should cater to Canucks fans. Wow, just completely wow. No wonder people on the coast get stereotyped.
I’ve never seen someone so vehemently defend a 12pm start time on a weekday that isn’t a holiday to the extent that they start to throw shade at all “west coast” people.

Games should be scheduled when they’ll get the most viewers. The NHL is a business. You’re also wrong about “teams organizing games when they feel is best.” Teams don’t set the game times, the league does.

The “wow, just completely wow” part is my favorite. Like you cannot believe that fans would question a noon start time on a weekday.

This might be the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen someone freak out over.

Heinen looks like the nicest guy to have as a neighbour. Would probably invite you over for some crispy lagers

About as big of an interference play you'll ever see against Pettersson and just...nothing called. You'd expect the normal.bs game management stuff but I guess not us not today not this week.

It's Thanksgiving in USA so for them it's probably sensible today easier for families to go to a game

Desharnais has had a couple very good shifts this period. Nothing spectacular, but it's been a struggle for him obviously and nice to see him show a bit better play.
Solid game from him thus far. Nothing flashy, but using good positioning and has been tidy with his stick work. If he's able to find some consistency he should be a permanent fixture on the third pair and push Juulsen out of the lineup (please).
