From what I hear, Gervais' injury is a serious one. I wonder if Barker will get a shot?? Probably not though. Too bad....we could sure use him.

Hockey Canada does not bring in injury replacements once camp begins.

That's right. Cuts start tomorrow. There is no use bringing in another player, especially all the way from Medicine Hat (he wouldn't get there until Monday, when the team is a few cuts away from being final), to tryout for the team.
