Good to see McBain winning FO’s too
Not going to get excited at all. Seems like the perfect storm to lose a quality prospect in FA.

I'm not sure even Guerin is bad enough at his job to lose this kidNot going to get excited at all. Seems like the perfect storm to lose a quality prospect in FA.

We've got one of his old linemates on the team and one of his current linemates in the system, with Warren in there for good measure. That plus the organizational need for a big center with some upside make me think we'd be in good shape to sign him even if we hadn't drafted him.I'm not worried about them offering a contract, but him agreeing to sign here instead of choosing his team via UFA is another thing.
Fletcher's pool around the 11'12 season -I can’t remember a time when we had a prospect pool with this many prospect with legit chances at NHL futures, even if just a depth role.

Yeah, but I was never the guy who bought the hype on Granlund.Easy to say with hindsight in your favor but anyone who remembers those times knows that it was a just as, if not more so, hyped up prospect pool.

You've tried saying they're close in hype before... no.... they're not. I showed you how many were skeptical of his step back in development when it happened.Boldy =< Coyle

Boldy is a better prospect than Coyle EVER was, and it's not close.
But but but… Coyle and Phillips were so good in the Q together !
So was Rossi and Khovanov and Beckman
