Two misdemeanor warrants have been filed against Chiefs defensive lineman Isaiah Buggs in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, on charges of cruelty to dogs in the second degree.

You can't judge the seriousness of the crime based on the amount of the fine. I wonder if the families of victims from drunk driving accidents or speeding accidents think that it was just " boys being boys " ????

UGA football players can and will get away with things like that and will get at most a slap on the wrist and told to try to slow it down a bit
