i'm just checking out the stats on torino2006 as I can't watch the game, the refereeing seems to be one big joke this tournament. I knew they'd never let Latvia win, but I got no idea whats happening, can someone explain why Penalty shot for Kazakhstan, and all these PP's for Kazakhstan?
