Anthony Marcotte just said on BPM Sports that he expects Habs will send Primeau down. But he will stay in Montreal and will wait for the team to come home in time for Game 3 on Sunday. He specified that he doesn't have any info on this, but it's just his educated guess.

I’m excited about Fowler but at the end of the day, I don’t care what the name of our best goalie ends up being. I was a huge critic of Primeau, but he did earn the starters job in Laval and I think they need to find a way to keep all 4 goalies next year and see who emerges as nhl material. If Primeau has figured things out, it’d be a huge mistake to let him go for a throw away draft pick. Not to mention the Habs got extremely lucky this year when it came to goalie health. That probably won’t happen next year, so better to have more than less.

I can't see where you can slot in Kapanen

I'd probably replace gignac with him, given how injured he's been and how poopy he was before that. He's coming in straight from the IR whereas Kap is coming in from the NHL playoffs and actually has a future. At least Gignac has that blazing speed that can give other teams fits.
