Nilsson for Sweden, with Bergeron, Crosby, Carter(2) and Stewart for Canada.

Bergeron continues to get 2, Crosby, Carter,Dawes and Perry 1 each.
 
6-2 for Canada seems pretty good. Hopefully they can get a line other than Perry-Bergeron-Crosby on the scoresheet more often.
 
Canada wins 9-0. Hopefully Sweden wastes as little energy as possible trying to win a match that cannot be won. Save it for the Finns..

That would mean 19-0 but Sweden has more pride than that.

And could I ask for a favor, if anyone in Canada who owns a recordable DVD player (that can record programs from television that is, not a VCR though as I can't watch North American video tapes, I can only watch the DVDs here) could record the game to a DVD and send it to me I'd be happy, they haven't broadcasted the WJC in Sweden for several years now and I'd really like to see this particular game. So if you have such a device and also Paypal (as I of course will pay for the expenses), please send a pm and let me know. Thanks in advance. :)

Good idea, but for me (as I'm fortunate to have a 10mbit connection) a simple bit torrent link would be quite sufficient. Any canadians with video capture card and torrent know-how out there? :)

i dont know if i have that option with my dvd player where u can record, but i think i do cuz it say record on the remote, but do u just put a blank cd in or what? im not an expert on dvd players, i could record on vhs if u want that, i know how to do that. But for the dvd player do u just put any blank disc?

Sweden blanked Germany 6-0 and despite Germany not being a power-house I expect this to a be a closer game than a blowout.

5-3 Canada wins, most of the scoring done in the 1st half of the game. Canada will be trailing in this game at some point.

I think this game will be closer than alot of people expect. Gonna say 6-4 canada, with the last one scored into an empty net.

Most DVD players don't have a recording option, but a few do, but they're pretty expensive though. And in order to use it you need special recordable DVD disks, not the CDs you normally record stuff on the computer with. But I'm not an expert myself, I don't even have a recordable DVD player, just a regular one. But as I said, I'm not able to view VHS tapes unless they're recorded in Europe as we use a different television standard here (but my DVD player is "region free" so I can watch any DVDs). But thanks for the offer though. :)

I think the potent swedish D will hold Crosby off the scoring sheet.

I think Canada is going to fix a lot of the mental/defence errors that led to goals last week. Glass will bounce back and Canada will win 5-0.
 
I think everyone is under estimating Sweden...and remember, Glass sucks....
