It's not the "system". Organized hockey has been around for over a century and all of the systems are known by everyone. It comes down to having the players to execute and we don't have them. This is a team made up of all the same player, good but not great. You need elite talent. You need a McDavid, a Kucherov, a Point, a Laine. You need a guy.

And the only way this team will ever get a "guy" is the draft. That is our reality.
