my opinion was formed 2 years ago, and watching this team last year and this 1 period I have no idea what is going to change that is going to make this team better, I do know most other teams in the league are getting better

How is it Barzal or Dobsons fault? Management is responsible for the on ice product. In an ideal situation Barzal is your 2-3 best forward and Dobson is surrounded with better talent.
