In 21-22, Colorado Avalanche went 1-6 at the end of the season and then went 16-4 in the playoffs to win the Cup - so not freaking is an option here

I just prefer the atmosphere of the Bell Centre over the drab Jackets rink/team/organization.

I have to be honest, I don't think he deserves any PP time yet. He hasn't even put up points other than that empty net goal! For any team younger/older players, your PP units will consist of the majority of your points producers. Leonard can play on the PP during next preseason. Now is not the time for him to be experimented in that regard. He still needs to grasp the basics of the NHL game. Quite frankly, in my opinion I don't think he will be a regular for the Caps playoff lineup.

I'd love to see Leno get PP2 time in a near meaningless game.

Maybe injury strikes in the loffs and he's needed there. Seems dumb to wait until then to get his feet wet IMHO but I know the record shows coaches don't always prepare for injuries nor do what I want.
