As I awake from my slumber and look out at the vast amounts of snow that are quickly melting, I am reminded that things can change in a heartbeat. This bring me to the Jets vs. Sens game tonight. Ottawa won the last match in Winnipeg 5-2 and now it is time for some...
I mean seriously, Ottawa is 26-39-6 and are 4-5-1 in their last ten games, including a 5-1 loss to the Rags in New York last night. The Jets are coming off of a 5-4 OT loss to the league leading Colorado Avalanche, where they showed some life to take the game into overtime. They are currently 33-28-11 and are seven points behind the Dallas Stars for the final Wild Card spot. In their last ten games, Winnipeg is 5-4-1. Our playoff chances are fading fast, so a win tonight would be just the thing to turn our chances around...
We need to show Ottawa that the last game was just a fluke, that the Jets are the better team. They need to slap them around...
