A little earlier I saw 98.x% chance for the Sens to make the playoffs.
I think that's a little high.

Win this game, don’t lose 2 points. We can do game management/time management with key players by giving them rest once we clinch. Lets not be cocky, we need every win we can get. Sens need to roll full steam into the playoffs. The Sens Express.

Really hoping for a stronger performance from Pinto. A lot of players are nursing ailments one way or another which seem to impact their peak performance. Pinto is playing good defensive hockey and is always a threat on the PK, but he needs to shoot more (and decisively, he seems to hesitate which is typically a sign of someone going through a funk rather than an injury). So channeling my inner High Jacques Martin onto Pinto to shoot and score ugly.

If Zetterlund-Stutzle can be a thing, the team’s offensive depth and combinations just become better. When you have Mr. Amazing Amadio on the 4th line, it speaks to the team’s depth.

Hammer sitting out typically means an automatic win.

Go Sens GO!!

Man, Columbus better not bring any of that midwestern emo with them, or we're gonna have a whole thing before we play Buffalo on the 1st...

It's a shame this is on the sked. Want the win but also really want to see Montreal get knocked out. Won't be upset if it goes to OT.
2 more against Columbus after tonight. I think we just need to accept we are going to help Montreal into the playoffs. Still want to blow them out on the 11th, but with one more against each of Tampa and Florida the guys need to secure points (and if beating Tampa and Florida helps the Leafs win the Atlantic and face the Sens in round 1...well that would be just fine 😈).

Well Im not quite ready to throw in the towel on them missing lol. I really want them to just barely miss out.

Priority 1 - Sens make it in
Priority 1A - Habs miss
Priority 2 - Ideally CBJ or NYI knock out Habs instead of Rags.

The best result here would be an OT win. Columbus still gets a point.

We aren't comfortable enough yet to job to teams just to stick it to the Canadiens. We could still miss the playoffs. I don't buy that 97 percent chance thing.

Hell I'm even fine with an OTL if it means help screwing over the Canadiens.

Plus call me crazy but I'd rather face the Caps than the Panthers/Lighting in round 1, despite their better record.

The Jackets jumping ahead of us in the standings could actually work out in our favour.

Let's hope we can continue the streak and win this back to back. Am all in with wining every game we can to make sure confidence is there when we start Round 1.

Injuries can cause someone to be in a funk though especially if they're not confident their shot is good enough in their injured state.

We usually match up well with the Caps, but I would like to face the Leafs.

There is a chance that Toronto could take the division.
