Buffalo pays their only visit of the season to Utah tonight to finish up the season series.

Utah took the first matchup 5-2 back on December 7th, 2024 thanks to a multi-point efforts from Michael Kesselring and Alexander Kerfoot.

We should dedicate this GDT to the memory of @Ginger Papa. I know most of us don't go to the main boards often (if at all), but he was a poster who frequented them and was a joy to interact with. Sadly, yesterday we found out that he tragically passed away.

Ya which is a major mistake. This guy has more skill than half our forwards. I still believe in him. Idk if our coaching staff does, however. May as well trade him if we are gonna put him on the fourth line or scratch him ffs.

There’s no evidence BA didn’t try to move him at the TDL.

But Utah has a bunch of guys all in the same boat and have to play to expectations if they want to stay in. Maccelli got himself out of the lineup and until there’s an injury or someone else really shits the bed you’re going to sit in the press box.

I'll disagree with you. Him sitting in the press box for that long is unwarranted imo. He is looked good so far tonight. Already two great scoring chances in the first because of him. Maccelli is prob the 4th most talented forward on this team. His confidence has just took a big hit. O'brien playing over him should never happen. guy cant even win a fight lol

Maccelli playing like crap is still better than O'Brien. The guy has 2 assists in 27 games. We need a guy like Mathieu Olivier (if only). I guess O'brien can lay the odd hit or lose the odd fight, so that's what keeps him in the NHL? Idk tbh
