f*** the Habs! The boys better get the legs flowing and moving from puck drop. Give me a full 60. Forecheck. Shoot the puck. Play with intensity. No passengers. Play a complete team game. Get the win. No injuries! Let's get it boys!

Pardon my French but...

Vas te faire foutre!!!

I think 5-2 Bruins in this one. Montreal will get an early power play which will surprise nobody. Zacha will score at even strength followed shortly by another Montreal power play. Marchand will score short handed. Montreal will then attempt to turn it up physically leading to a couple Bruin power plays. Pasta will score on both and the win will be in hand going into the third.

Also, they will spend a lot of time trying to find a way to disallow Marchands shorty.

HERE WE GO BRUINS...HERE WE GO :clap:

F**k the Habs! We have the joy of playing at Bell Centre with Lee as a ref, I can feel my blood pressure rising already. In the "words" of the immortal Andrew Ference:

Sadly, the rivalry is completely dormant for a number of reasons.

1. Montreal stinks.
2. The teams meet infrequently during the regular season due to the balanced schedule.
3. They haven't met in the playoffs in a decade.

It's really too bad.

Anyway, I have KoC tonight and will miss the 1st.
We'll see if I go DVR on delay or just jump right in mid game.

The Habs also have far less assholes than they used to.

I’m hoping for a big game from Peeke tonight. I’m also hoping that Wotherspoon replaces Gryz or Lohrei, both even.
I want to see why he didn't live up to his scouting report, and if he still can.

"Big, mobile defenceman with great vision and hockey sense. Possesses a hard, accurate shot, but needs to use it more. Smooth skater, but has room for improvement in his acceleration with the puck. Reads plays well in his own end and has a well-rounded understanding of the defensive game. Starting to play a gritty game, but that will take time to develop. Physical game is definitely ripening."

One game is not enough to reach any conclusions about his game or scouting report.
