Singh and Garrett calling the game tonight.

Fleury in for Miller and Barron in for Gus.

SoulBear with the anthems

Flyers have gone past regulation 17 times this season, tied for most in the NHL.
6-5 in OT and 3-3 in SO

Flyers are 10-4-2 on Saturdays
Jets are 9-4-0 on Saturdays (5-2-0 at home)

Kyle Connor leads the team in points on Saturdays with 12 (3G 9A) in 13 games.

Flyers are 5-5-1 vs Central this season.
Jets are 7-1-0 vs Metro this season.

Flyers lead the league in blocked shots with 1,088.

Tortorella will coach in his 1608 game tonight, moving him into 6th place in all time games coached. He passes Al Arbour (1607) tonight.

Jets have 4, 50 point players. Tied with TBL for the league lead.

Jets have now gone 5 games without a Power Play goal.

Winnipeg is now one of 7 teams since 2000-01 to have recorded 42 or more wins through 60 games of the season. Prior to this season, only 7 teams in NHL history had exactly 42 wins this far into the season. 5 of those 7 teams went on to win the Stanley Cup.

Helle's on a 4 game losing streak vs the Flyers. Kind of funny if you look at the last 4 games, every other game has nearly identical stats.

Not sure where you dug up the bolded above, but what a great stat!

SNL like many other “ comedy” shows have lost the plot.
There can be no sacred cows in comedy, but that’s exactly what has happened IMO.
I don’t watch comedy for political reasons, if I want that I’ll watch the parliamentary channel.
You can't beat Dave Chappelle. Nowadays you can't say anything politically incorrect, or you offend someone. It was funny watching the 50th anniversary of SNL because they had a segment on offensive skits. But most of the show was sexual jokes because it's one thing you can go overboard on still.

Laughton gonna stay here after the game? 👀
If they were going to trade him, it would probably be before the game. In case he gets injured. Domi is rumoured to be scratched in To tonight, I still think that's a probable destination. Funny that he posted his last supper on his way to Winnipeg though. Flyers have 7 straight home games after this one.

Hork, blort, huck, gotch, rip - its a Manitoba/Canadian thing. :)

eg,

Ducky adjusted his grip, drew a sharp breath and then horked on the ice before looking up to the faceoff circle. The linesman'a face was sweating profusely following his latest 200 foot rip, as the two sides continued to trade blows.

Facing his orange-sweatered opposition, he growled "I'm gonna deke yer gotch off, mister!"
Chuck…
In droves….

Happy early Birthday to Ville Heinola who turns 24 tomorrow.

Possible milestones for tonight:

Rasmus Kupari needs 1 goal to set a new career high of 6 goals.

Logan Stanley needs 1 goal to set a new career high of 2 goals. He has had 1 goal per season so far in his career.

Cole Perfetti needs 2 points to set a career high of 39. He had 38 points last season.

Poor Cole recently had his Saginaw Spirit single season point record broken by phenom Michael Misa and there's a good chance Zayne Parekh also surpasses him this season. Saginaw has 9 games remaining which would mean Zayne needs 10 points in the final 9 games to get to 112 points.

Edit: My math sucks. Zayne needs 20 points not 10. Geez and lord all mighty, can even do simple addition and subtraction math. :shakehead
