Yet they've employed the NHL's leading point producer over that same timeframe (David Pastrnak with 35 pts. in the past 21 games).

Marchand, Zacha, and Geekie are hauling their weight offensively. It drops off quick after that. Even Pasta and Geekie's shooting % are unsustainable. As it stands they account for almost 50% of their goals over this timeframe.

I know +/- is out of fashion... but McAvoy's is pretty terrible. I'm pleasantly surprised by Zadorov though. He'll be a matchup problem for someone when we make the playoffs again.

I did not get mad when the leafs won the other night. Really didn't care.
Defence is so so so soft against guys on the leafs who are terrified of getting hit. Bunch of pansys!
This is far from a playoff team.

Last 25 games I have the Bruins marked at going 10 and 15.
They are 0-2 right now.
I have them scheduled for a win tonite

Its not out of fashion, its just more accurate the longer the sample size. Anyone can have a rough 10-20 games, especially on a losing team.

Sad thing is, thats it. This team really needs to take an about face and shoot for a top pick. The group of forwards Sweeney has assembled on the third and 4th liners are AHLers with the exception of Kastelic and Poitras and their 1st and 2nd lines are a collection of 3rd liners outside of Past and Marchand. Sad days are a coming I fear.
