Tampa 16-0 coming off a playoff loss and Leafs 1-8 when leading a series. Everything points to Tampa. Question is do the game #4 Leafs show up tonight or do the Leafs that dominated Tampa for the last two periods? Everybody saying this feels like a different team and I tend to agree but I can see either scenario playing out. I am hoping Tampa is ready to throw in the towel after that heart breaking loss in game #5 but I am not holding my breath.

The Leafs can't start the same way, that goes without saying. Campbell needs to make that big save early. Matthews and Marner need to outplay whatever matchup they go on.

I said it in the PGT, but I would sit Kase for Simmonds or Clifford I think. Kase brings PK and a little more speed/skill, but he hasn't really done much so far. Fairly invisible. I think Simmonds/Clifford can give you a little more 5 on 5 in terms of intangibles. Could be a mistake though since TB has been feasting on the PP and those players give you a lot more PK chances.

No roster changes! Unless something unexpected happens tonight, someone is hurt or someone performs incredibly badly.

If there is a round 2, can try something in game 1 and 2, but this is time to stick with what got you here

Couldn't agree more. A coin toss is always 50/50, but I feel pretty confident calling heads when it's come up tails the last 10 times.

I've felt confident in the Leafs the last few years. But more so now. Their time will come. Why not now?

I feel like the Leafs are finally going to take the easy route and close out a series before it goes the distance. I'll be adding a 4th W to my win counter.
