I think the Sportsnet think tank thought it would be a good idea to funnel in the anthem from each arena but forgot that Ottawa sings the bilingual version and Toronto doesn't.

Think they are honouring Cirillio and Vincent but obviously Ontario people will push the Cirillo connection more since he's from Ontario.

Yes you can. I'm on Videotron and have it. Have to add it manually as part of the custom channel lineup.
