Our Captain has to go in with the mindset that he needs to put up 4 points.
2 against Ottawa 3 against NJD and 4 against San Jose.
That should get him firmly back on that PPG track he wants to achieve.
The best bet for Nick to do is to aim for 90.

We won 4-3. But it was too close for comfort.

Down after the first 1-0.Outshot 30-20. Then Armia won it with a shortie with 4 minutes left.

Didn’t they lose to these guys last game? With a healthier lineup?

San Jose is playing well. They're a hard working team and have talent with Celebrini, Toffoli, Eklund & Smith up front.

Jets only beat them by scoring the game tying goal on a 6 on 5 with 25 seconds left then winning in OT.

They're record is awful, but the games are usually close and a lot of losses are due to awful goaltending and a generally poor defensive unit.

Imo, they're in much better shape than Chicago. If they draft Schaefer, they'll have their #1 C, #1 D & #1 G. They also have Chernyshov absolutely tearing apart the OHL (pretty much 3 p/pg), and good depth in Smith, Eklund & Dickinson.

I expect them to have a much better year next year with Askarov as their #1.
