We sucked the life out of that game. I mean yeah 2 points but that was unfun to watch. At least Wyatt scored and Stankoven didn't look out of place but otherwise, yuck.

A solid debut from Stankoven. 15:20 TOI, drew a penalty, and was out there in the final 3 minutes for a shift. Based on that, DeBoer was a fan of his work in this game.

I thought he looked good. Him and Wyatt looked to have some chemistry.

I was more thinking about the defensive side of his game. Less strange mistakes, better positioning and so on. Confidence is a strange thing (or not that strange at all).
