I'm on the bandwagon of whoever plays the Caps in round 1, I don't care who it is. At least for the first round.

People are actually really upset we're losing? This game is completely inconsequential. I regularly talk about how fighting should be taken out of the game, but after last game I legit couldn't give two shits about the score. And it's not like we're losing 6-0.

I don't care the team didn't make the playoffs. I said from the start the team had no business being there. I don't care that the team is losing. I do want to see the kids play hockey and grow, which we haven't had because of the gong show.

Now we have the Caps in cruise mode crushing the team and half the Ranger team know they won't be around for much longer, and the other half re-thinking their future. This was a playoff training game for the Caps and the Rangers obliged.

Even if I despised JD and Gorts, I'd still disagree with any personnel change James Dolan could have possibly made.

I know people who have worked close with him and he's the type to fire a janitor if he says "Hello."

Some of the posts about Oshie in this thread make me understand how it must feel to be a Wilson teammate. I don't condone or agree with what's going on with that and I think it's classless and embarrassing. There's the game we all love but there's just being a decent human being. I will chalk it up to youth and just not understanding but someday when you watch them close the casket on your mom or dad, remember the way you acted. More importantly, ask yourself if you think they would be proud of what you're saying. I hate the Caps too, but this stuff is over any line I am willing to cross.

I said while I feel bad, appealing to my sense of decency after what's been going on with that fanbase for two days is not the best strategy.

Not my finest moment but I haven't been this disgusted with a fanbase since I saw Seahawks fans mocking 9/11 some years back.

Honestly, who cares? The season is over. I guess I could see them trying to screw the Rangers by suspending him next season too.

It will not come to that I do not think, yet that statement certainly is not going to help the Rangers or their players if bias is involved, and let's be honest bias is involved just as much as game management by the officials is.
