I've seen trashier teams score more goals. Sabres won 2 games against the Islanders scoring what? 8 goals with Reinhart as their top player then some combo of Asplund and Olofsson? This isn't about Kreider or Panarin being out. This is all on the coach and his team not having a 2nd gear. Soft in physicality and soft in intensity.

I hope the excuse Rolodex ends next year.
Hopefully this team becomes a real TEAM next year and not just a bunch of individual players

Up until 2 games ago I was super optimistic about Miller. These last 2 games have drastically altered my opinion. Zero push back. Doesn't seem like he has the personality for it. Marek Malik 2.0?

I know it doesn't seem like it since they rushed him into the lineup, but he's 21 years old. Most guys drafted where he was drafted aren't even in the league yet at 21. Give him time.

I dont know if time fixes what seems to be a low hockey IQ. Maybe time fixes his sloppiness with the puck. He has trouble receiving passes all the time. All the time. He has trouble keeping the puck on his stick.

Can he improve? Absolutely. But I would trade him without blinking for the right piece

Yeah, I mean this whole thing is a circus, I find it hard to believe a game is even happening.
Fighting as a tactic or even god forbid a strategy should be taken out, but I am not for suspending players just for a fight. Move to 10 mins rather than 5. And I don't like fighting in general unless it's boxing.
