Big Game Story: The 2014 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series is finally here !!! This is the third of five games between the SoCal rivals and the second in a span of three days. The Ducks beat the Kings 2-1 Thursday on goals from Dustin Penner and Patrick Maroon. The Kings won the first meeting of the season, 3-2 in a shootout, on Dec. 3. This game at Dodger Stadium is the first of four in the series and the first NHL outdoor game played in a warm-weather climate. The layout of the event features not only the rink in the middle of the field at Dodger Stadium, but a beach volleyball court in left field, palm trees in center field, a stage in right field for two performances by KISS, and a roller hockey rink in the area by home plate. GO KINGS GO !!!
