You can run one of their players/goalie, but that serves to further 'escalate' as they say in international relations.

It would send a message for the future, but would stir things up at the present and raise questions about 'two wrongs making a right', etc.

Yeah it was alarming. The Buchnevich play was real dirty as well.

Agreed, I'm all for when guys are going back and forth during the game, then drop the gloves, ok, but not this, Buch was down on the ice defenseless, and he hits him in head, could have really done bad damage to him or worse. Good on Strome & Panarin getting in there to get Wilson off of him, but Wilson is a crazy/dirty player, and yes suspend rest of season & playoffs.

Who do we call up for Wednesday if Wilson is playing? This can't stand.

If the reason is only to fight or intimidate it would be Mason Geersten. Normally a defense but they would put him on the wing IF anyone would be called up.
