The Islanders are a lot more skilled than a lot of you guys want to admit. Barzal is better/more dynamic than anyone on the Rangers except for Panarin. Beauvillier is a really good player, at least against us. Jordan Eberle has been underrated for his entire career, couldn’t believe how long he lasted in that ‘08 draft, especially after his showing at the WJC that season.

They’re just good and it sucks.

In retrospect, it's real wacky to let Fast walk. We let the player's player and MVP walk. We got rid of everyone with a pulse and anger in ADA and Lemieux. We bought out and traded the heart and soul of this team in Henrik and Staal. We shouldn't be surprised to see this. We are mid-late 2000s Britney Spears right now.
