We've seen this same group play with alot more fight this year, It hasn't been there enough. All of the blame shouldn't go to coaching, but its definitely a part of it.

Surely some responsibility falls on the coach’s shoulders. I get that. I just think - if we’re assigning blame for these poor performances against tight checking teams - it’s so much more on the players and management. Just my opinion.

We've gotten rid of anyone with fire and a hot disposition because Quinn can't handle non-college age players without Henrik's 11 inches keeping everyone in line in the locker room.

The Islanders have our number right now. But don’t overreact to this. We have shown we can hang with the Capitals and Bruins. Don’t rush out and trade away skill for grit in large quantities just to feel like you need to correct this.

The isles are an old, physically mature team. They will be out of our hair by time we are ready to compete. Don’t overreact and do something stupid.
