There were definitely a few, pretty damn obvious non-calls in favor of Calgary also.

There was blatant interference/pick on Larkin in the 3rd that lead to a good Calgary chance. Don’t know how the refs didn’t call it

Nope, the game management started late in the first period...and seemed to get more obvious as the game wore on...I didn't mind the calls on the wings, other than they were very soft given what the ref's turned a blind eye too...set a standard and keep to it.

Kasper was hooking Coronato’s stick. It was called because it was close to Coronato’s hands, but I don’t think it touched gloves. He didn’t have his hip, but it was at hip level. I can see how a ref looking at it from one angle would think it’s a hook, but the replay looked legal.

I feel like that with every game I watch. The refs let crazy stuff go and then call some chintzy thing that maybe wasn't even a penalty for reasons? The other night I caught the end of I think a Tampa game and there were two different plays where a guy was blatantly boarded and the refs just let it go. It was crazy to me.

To make the playoffs means being one of the better teams in the league the rest of the way, because they have to dig out of the deficit built up during Lalonde's time. So for a team to transform, seemingly overnight, from a bottom 10 (maybe even 5) team in the league to a top 10 team due to a coaching change and no other changes, yeah you gotta think he'd be a favourite.
