The Islanders are peeing on the Rangers center ice logo right now.
This team doesn’t have an answer to that. We’re made of up of Gaborik clones lol.

I think if you saw a list of centers in front of you, you'd be surprised.Seriously, how many centers are better? He's top 15 in this league.
You mean having balls means something? Wow I thought we could get by on our talentNot going to state that Lemieux and DeAngelo would be a boon for the winning prospects of any game against the Islanders but Lemieux and DeAngelo would be a boon for the winning prospects of any game against the Islanders. At least Lemieux goes hard on the forecheck and DeAngelo has the X factor and balls.
Plenty of teams have won a cup with a worse goalie.
Exactly. As much as I love Hank, I never want our goalie to be our best player ever again. I've seen enough of how that script plays out.Plenty of teams have won a cup with a worse goalie.

you've been shitting on Igor since he entered the league. At least be honest, you've been done with him for over a year now
Not really. Compare his % to other top line centers in the league. About 1/3 of their production comes on the PP.That's a lot...
Assholes don't win hockey games, no matter what the 70s or 80s wanted to fans to think. This team is just getting straight outworked by a more prepared Islanders group. With Lemieux and/or DeAngelo in the lineup, we'd still be losing. Not going to state that Lemieux and DeAngelo would be a boon for the winning prospects of any game against the Islanders but Lemieux and DeAngelo would be a boon for the winning prospects of any game against the Islanders. No its not, this game is not coaching problem. Its a young inexperienced blueline against forechecking veteran forwards.
They aren't developed enough to assert themselves physically.
Then you have our forwards who aren't a bunch of strong forecheckers against big mobile Islander blueline.
Its just a terrible matchup for a developing team.
Then I think this is a problem with roster make up and coaching strategy that both need to be addressed. The teams that win can beat any team in the league on any given day. Otherwise every team can just play the same style against us and win.
You’re basing it off hypotheticals and dated statistics.
The rangers could be in worse shape or other teams might be worse off.
Right now they are the 13th best team in the NHL.
