Big Game Story: This is the second of two games between the Los Angeles Kings and Boston Bruins. Forward Justin Williams and defenseman Alec Martinez scored 61 seconds apart in the middle period to chase Bruins goalie Tuukka Rask and lead the Kings to a 4-2 win Jan. 9 at Staples Center. For the second consecutive afternoon the Bruins, winners of the Stanley Cup in 2011, will face a team that has won a championship even more recently. They lost 3-2 in a shootout to the defending 2013 champion Chicago Blackhawks on Sunday and now face the Kings, winners in 2012, for the second time in 12 days. GO KINGS GO !!!

NOTE : Regarding LARGE SIZE IMAGES / YELLOW RE-SIZE IMAGE BARS ABOVE PICS, let me offer up one nice little suggestion ...
This will get rid of those pesky yellow resize bars over the top of some larger pictures ... as they annoy the hell out of me and maybe they do you also ?
- Go into/click on your "USER CP" {control Panel} up top left in the red bars
- on the left under 'Settings & Options' click on "Edit Options"
- scroll down to 'Thread Display Options', and then 'Please Select the Resize Mode'
- click on the 'Drop Down List Box' over on the Right of 'Please Select the Resize Mode'
- select it to "KEEP ORIGINAL SIZE"
- SAVE your selections !

A Kings game yesterday, then my home team won in the afternoon, then Bruins Blackhawks at like 8pm, then Kings today at 9pm. Good thing my girl aint around or she'd flip with this boatload of hockey.
