Skjei has stone hands. Miller’s hands are much better. I also think Miller is quite a bit smarter than Skjei. That being said, they are a bit similar.

Because the NHL all-in and have to behave accordingly. Also if they’re in MSG and/or in NYC, they’re definitely going to keep the facade up, New York has some of the strictest lockdown protocols. Can’t slack for a moment. Have to remind everyone to mask up.

Miller was legit studly at the beginning but he's dipped severely the past month or 2. We always knew he was raw, give him time. Hopefully he doesn't go the Skjei route

He has never struck me as studly this. He was big and a good skater. The warts have always been there. Hope they go away.

I'd like to see Miller JUST focus on the defense side of his job for a year or two. Develop Miller/Trouba into the shut-down/main PK pair. It's easy to forget that he just switched from F to D only five years ago. Literally, he's been playing defense for five years and he's doing it in the NHL. His issue isn't IQ--it's that he just needs to continue building the instincts and muscle memory for this position.

Some of these kids in the NHL look like grown men. I guess for some working hard ever since you were a child makes you grow up fast in every aspect? some of them are 20yrs younger and look older than me..
